Designveloper are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join the Lumin team.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to understand business and user needs, define clear product requirements, and support the team throughout delivery.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, ownership, communication skills, and the ability to use data and AI effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Understand business objectives, user problems, and product requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and functional requirements.
- Identify requirement gaps, edge cases, dependencies, risks, and impacts on existing user journeys.
- Work with Product Owners and Designers to clarify scope, user flows, and expected product behavior.
- Support Engineers and QA by clarifying requirements during development and testing.
- Review delivered features to ensure they meet requirements and business objectives.
- Analyze data to investigate problems, validate assumptions, and support product decisions.
- Proactively follow up on open questions, blockers, and dependencies.
- Use AI tools to improve requirement analysis, research, documentation, and problem-solving.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar product role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- Ability to write clear, logical, and testable product requirements.
- Good data analysis skills and ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of work with minimal supervision.
- Strong collaboration skills across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders.
- Practical experience using AI tools for analysis, research, documentation, and productivity.
- Ability to critically review and validate AI-generated outputs.
- Experience with mobile or web products is a strong advantage.
