As a Senior Software Engineer, you will enjoy working on a diverse and exciting range of projects across various clients and industries. We are a technology agnostic business that opens endless possibilities for you to work across multiple tech stacks and multiple platforms with the opportunity to upskill and cross skill in the following:
- Developing applications on both greenfield projects & existing applications
- Experience with modern API technologies & microservices
- An understanding of API gateway technologies such as Kong &/or Apigee
- The ability to code in Java and have a willingness to learn new ones
- It would be great if you have experience building and maintaining cloud-based applications - Azure, AWS and/or GCP
- Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools and the ability to coach team members in their effective use
- Understanding of AI code security, quality assurance and when human oversight is critical
- Experience with MCP servers, shared context strategies and team-based agentic workflows
- A self-starter mindset and an ability to work hands-on, to find answers and work with ambiguity
