What You Will Do
As a Data Annotation Intern, you will support audio data evaluation and annotation activities by listening to audio recordings and scoring them according to predefined evaluation guidelines.
- Listen to provided audio files, including calls and other voice recordings.
- Evaluate and score audio recordings based on predefined criteria and guidelines.
- Identify audio files that do not meet the required quality standards.
- Clearly document the reasons when an audio file fails to meet the required standards.
- Follow annotation guidelines consistently to ensure accuracy and data quality.
What You Will Need
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
- Excellent Vietnamese language skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and capitalization.
- Good listening and reading comprehension skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Careful, responsible, patient, and comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented work.
- Able to follow detailed instructions and annotation guidelines consistently.
- Comfortable using computers and basic productivity tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willing to learn and work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
- Available to commit to a full-time, 3-month internship.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Data Labeling/Data Annotation, Audio Review, Call Quality Scoring, Content Moderation, or similar roles.
