As a Product Business Analyst, you are responsible for shaping the future of our core HRM software, evolving it from a functional tool into a market-leading solution.
You will bridge the gap between legal requirements, market trends, and technical innovation.
You are responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, including researching labor regulations, designing scalable features, and supporting internal enablement to ensure the team, partners, and users are well-informed with up-to-date product knowledge and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Core Feature Development:
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and support the development of scalable product features aligned with the product roadmap.
Compliance Governance & Knowledge Sharing
Continuously research and document local tax, labor, and insurance laws. Translate these requirements into system logic and proactively share "Knowledge Briefs" with the team to ensure our product remains legally compliant and competitive.
Master Data
Maintain master data in standard product.
Release Enablement
Create release notes, user guides, and training materials to help internal teams and partners understand and use new features effectively.
Internal Training & Coaching
Organize training sessions for internal employees, and regional partners on product standards, new updates, and best operational practices.
Documentation
Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
Other documents to support the Sales and Implementation teams
Other Duties
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Collaboration
Guide the team in configuring the system according to the approved design, including system parameters, payroll formulas, and user access rights
Required Qualifications
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of HRM domains (Payroll, C&B, PIT, Social Insurance) and the ability to translate legal regulations into functional requirements.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL or similar database management systems.
Analytical Ability: Strong logical reasoning to break down complex HR policies into system-compliant rules.
Tool: Project Manager, or similar project management systems, Libra Draw, Figma, MS Office including Outlook / Excel / Word
Soft Skills
High level of professional communication, patience, and the ability to negotiate scope when client requirements conflict with standard system logic.
Working proficiency in English, including reading technical documents, writing emails, and participating in project discussions.
