Build and maintain knowledge bases for AI chatbot products by developing high-quality conversation scripts and training datasets. Independently configure chatbot knowledge, optimize business workflows, train AI models, and continuously improve chatbot performance.
Work closely with clients in Vietnam and Southeast Asia to understand their business requirements. Design and implement AI chatbot solutions based on customer business processes and documentation.
Continuously improve conversation experiences across various industry scenarios. Develop localized AI chatbot models for the Southeast Asian market and create standardized, reusable chatbot templates for different industries.
Identify and summarize issues encountered during chatbot design, configuration, deployment, and operation. Provide recommendations for product and process improvements to enhance AI training efficiency and project delivery quality.
This position is based in Vietnam and will primarily support existing Vietnam projects, with opportunities to participate in AI chatbot implementation and localization projects across Southeast Asia.

Experience in AI chatbot operations, voice bots, text-based chatbots, intelligent customer service, AI quality inspection, or related AI application fields is preferred.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to identify problems, summarize findings, and develop practical solutions.
Excellent written communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. Willing to continuously learn new technologies and business knowledge to improve customer satisfaction.
Able to work under pressure, respond quickly to customer requirements, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken) for daily business communication. Vietnamese candidates are preferred. Candidates should be able to work on-site in Vietnam and support future AI projects across Southeast Asia
