As an Embedded Software Integration Engineer, you’ll help software components work reliably together from platform configuration and integration to validation and release support. **2\. JOB DESCRIPTION**
***WHAT YOU’LL BUILD \& CONTRIBUTE***
Help deliver stable embedded systems by bringing software components, platform configurations, and build processes together.
**Integrate Software \& Configure Platforms**
- Integrate software components and modules to ensure consistent functionality and compatibility across the system.
- Set up, customize, and maintain software platforms and baseline environments according to project requirements.
- Adapt and optimize software configurations to support project\-specific features and system needs.
**Build, Validate \& Automate**
- Perform software build, integration, and validation activities to support stable system operation.
- Support continuous integration and automation, including CI/CD environment maintenance and improvement.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor build and integration tools such as Jenkins.
**Develop \& Document Software Components**
- Design and develop system\- and hardware\-related software components in C, following applicable guidelines and standards.
- Perform analyses and reviews, and implement automation for relevant development activities.
- Create and maintain component technical specifications, working with architects, function developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements.
**Collaborate \& Support Releases**
- Work with cross\-functional teams to resolve integration issues and support smooth software delivery.
- Collaborate with third\-party partners to incorporate external software, including Vector, EB, and MCAL\-related components.
- Maintain integration documentation and support software release activities.
**3\. REQUIREMENTS**
**⭐ WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
**Embedded Programming \& Debugging**
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field.
Strong embedded programming experience in C.
Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers.
Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Python.
**Architecture \& Configuration**
Skills in AUTOSAR and non\-AUTOSAR architecture and configuration, including NVM, COM, and DIAG.
Good knowledge of MISRA rules and compliance requirements.
**Drivers \& Communication Standards**
Experience developing drivers for interfaces and MCU functions such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay, SPI, ADC, timers, watchdogs, interrupts, DMA, and memory.
Knowledge of CAN, ISO 14229, J1939, and UDS standards.
