Embedded Firmware Engineer (Zephyr OS, Zephyr driver)

**2\. JOB DESCRIPTION**

• Develop, port, and maintain embedded firmware, Board Support Packages (BSPs), and hardware abstraction layers across a range of automotive and non\-automotive MCU/SoC platforms.
• Design, implement, and integrate device drivers (CAN, Flash, SDHC, Ethernet, UART, SPI, I2C, and others) following the Zephyr driver model and DeviceTree specifications.
• Provide firmware development and technical support for customer target hardware, including addressing feedback from upstream community maintainers.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams across the full development lifecycle.

**3\. REQUIREMENTS**

**MUST HAVE**

• Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

**• Strong C/C\+\+ programming skills with a focus on embedded software development.**

**• Proven experience developing firmware and writing hardware drivers and low\-level peripheral code.**

**• Hands\-on experience with Zephyr RTOS device driver development, including working knowledge of the Zephyr build and configuration toolchain: West, CMake, Kconfig, and DeviceTree.**

**• Comfortable using hardware debug tools \- JTAG/SWD debuggers, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes \- to diagnose register\-level and hardware\-level faults.**

**• Advanced Git proficiency with experience in open\-source contribution workflows: branching strategies, rebasing, and structured code reviews via GitHub or GitLab.**
