ABOUT THE JOB
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services and AI-enabled features using Python.
- Design, develop, and integrate AI / Generative AI models into existing applications and systems.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers, data teams, and frontend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Work with Git and Bash for software development, version control, and development operations.
- Ensure code quality, security, performance, and maintainable software architecture.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve backend services and system reliability.
- Contribute to technical discussions and follow software engineering best practices.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- From 2 years of experience in Software Engineering, Backend Development, or AI-related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, preferably with FastAPI and/or Flask.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP, and web development fundamentals.
- Good working knowledge of Git and Bash.
- Experience with Docker; knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
- Exposure to AI / Generative AI models and data-driven applications are big plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently on well-defined tasks while collaborating effectively with a wider engineering team.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
