ABOUT THE JOB
- Design user journeys, interface structures, and visual concepts for web, desktop, and digital product environments.
- Translate complex business and user needs into clear, intuitive, and scalable interface solutions.
- Build wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity screens to support product decisions and delivery.
- Carry out user research activities, usability evaluations, benchmark studies, and insight analysis to guide design choices.
- Contribute to the creation, documentation, and continuous improvement of design systems, reusable components, and interface guidelines.
- Work closely with product and technical teams to align design proposals with functional, technical, and performance constraints.
- Integrate accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles into each stage of the design process.
- Share design recommendations, explain key decisions, and contribute to design quality discussions with project stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Graphic Design or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for software products, digital platforms, SaaS solutions, or complex business applications.
- Portfolio showcasing complete product design projects, from research and ideation to interface delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools; knowledge of FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools is a plus.
- Strong command of interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and interface consistency.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 or WCAG 2.2 and experience applying inclusive design practices.
- Experience working with or developing design systems, component libraries, and product documentation.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, product analytics, or data-informed design is a plus.
- Good communication in English.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
