As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in driving recruitment excellence, leading employer branding initiatives, and managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse the market and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to interviews
- Advocate for top candidates and ensure their visibility
- Identify and optimize talent acquisition channels
- Lead employer branding campaigns and community animation
- Directly manage a recruitment team, set objectives, and provide coaching
- Coordinate mobility cases with HR and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and talent pools
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment: 3-5 years, technical expert in IT recruitment
- Proven track record in candidate community animation and network development
- Academic background: Bachelor or Master or equivalent
- Fluent English; international experience is a plus
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of the Amaris market
- Ability to assess technical skills and challenge candidates' mindset
- Result oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Adaptability, multiculturalism, teamwork, and strong communication skills
