ABOUT THE JOB
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements from business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, including Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Developers, UI/UX Designers, and QA teams to design end-to-end solutions.
- Analyze business processes and propose appropriate system solutions for Banking applications.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including:
- Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
- Functional Specification
- Sequence Diagram
- Data Mapping
- Wireframes
- Acceptance Criteria
- Analyze system integration requirements between internal and external systems through APIs and middleware.
- Support API analysis, interface design, and integration documentation.
- Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support UAT, issue clarification, and production deployment activities.
- Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and traceability across project deliverables.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in Sprint Planning, Grooming, Review, and Retrospective ceremonies.
ABOUT YOU
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT projects.
- Good understanding of software development processes and the system development lifecycle.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Familiarity with user stories, use cases, process diagrams, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement-management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or similar tools is preferred.
