Manage campaign budget and incentives against CAC, ROI and payback targets.
3. Data (25%)
Write your own SQL to analyse cohorts, funnel drop-off, campaign performance and segment sizing.
Build and monitor campaign and lifecycle dashboards; act on them daily.
Turn analysis into recommendations you can defend with numbers.
4. Onsite (10%)
Own all onsite space in the homepage: banners, popup and campaign slots. You decide which team gets which slot and when, based on business priority.
Own in-app communication for all growth campaigns: messaging, placement and timing.
5. Cross-functional (10%)
Work closely with Performance and Brand so all channels run on one plan and one target.
Partner with Product and Data on growth features, tracking and CRM tooling.
Manage stakeholders from multiple teams at the same time and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
3+ years in Growth, CRM or Lifecycle Marketing at a fintech, bank, e-commerce, OTA or crypto company.
Have owned a growth campaign end to end, from planning to execution to results.
CRM / marketing automation: segmentation, journey building, push notification in-app, ZNS, Email,...
Hands-on SQL and strong analytical thinking.
Strong cross-functional and stakeholder skills.
Business fluency in English and Vietnamese.
