Experience and Qualifications: (required unless otherwise noted)
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with solid hands-on experience in scalable web-mobile app implementation.
- Minimum 2 years of product/project management experience in both traditional and Agile software environment.
- Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications
- Have Startup experience and ready to join a hard-working and dynamic team.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment with little or no supervision.
Other desirable personal qualities and skills:
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Blockchain, Web3, and NFT development is a plus.
- Overseas education and/or working experience is a BIG plus
